Damaged or Wrong Item

If your customer receives a damaged item, please email customer service at info@bloomdropship.com within 10 days from receipt and attach a photo showing the damage. A replacement will ship free of charge once the photo is received. If a wrong item is received, email the order number and SKU to have a replacement sent free of charge.
