Bloom has teamed up with Webkul to create an online "Wallet" for the automatic payment of order invoices issued by Synclogic. "Your Wallet" is now integrated into your online customer account and can be funded and used to auto pay draft invoices.
Below is a guide that will discuss the following important topics:
- Adding Funds
- Requesting a Refund
- Insufficient Balance to Pay Draft Orders
To add funds, go to your customer account page located at https://dropship.bloomwholesale.com/account. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page to see "Your Wallet."
The first tab, "Wallet Status," shows your current wallet balance.
To add to this balance, enter the dollar amount in the "Add Amount" box and click "Add Money."
You will then be transferred to a checkout page where you can choose your payment option (Paypal or Debit/Credit Card) to complete the purchase.
After successful payment you will be redirected to your account page or in some cases, asked to log back in.
Once logged in you will see the updated wallet balance. That's it! Any future draft orders can now be automatically paid from this wallet balance.
NOTE: Synclogic will still email payment links for draft invoices. If clicked, it will show an error and confirm the invoice has been paid. No action needed.
Requesting a Refund
If you want to discontinue automatic invoice payments and refund your wallet balance back to you, go to the "Wallet Transaction History" tab to request a refund.
The transaction history page displays all your debits and credits. On the far right look for the "Action" tab with three dots (...). Click the dots and select "Refund Request." Enter the total amount to be refunded and click "refund request."
To review your submitted refund requests, go to the "Refund Request" tab.
Once the request is received by Bloom's accounting team, the refund request will be reviewed and issued within 24 hours. The transaction will be shown in the "Refund Request" tab once the refund issues.
Insufficient Balance to Pay for Draft Orders
If draft invoice(s) issue for payment but your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the amount(s), you will need to manually issue payment and then increase your Wallet funds for future invoices to auto pay.
