If a customer purchases a clothes item and requests a size change, we will issue a complimentary exchange by issuing a return shipping label. The boutique owner will then place a new order for the item in the correct size, and Bloom Dropship will issue a refund once the returned item is received at our warehouse. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a size exchange.
It is up to each boutique owner to decide if returns will be offered to their customers, or if all sales will be final. In the event your store policy offers returns, please note that the item must be returned to your boutique and the re-sale will be handled on your end. Our warehouse does not accept product returns.
