Increase Your Catalog Without the Costs
"Enterprise boutiques that have worked with Bloom have seen continual profitability through 2023 by reducing their exposure to
in-stock purchases and offering a more robust catalog to their clientele."
Utilize Bloom's services to limit financial risk and enhance product selection.
The process is simple:
Each week you can select samples from our weekly launch to sell at your store. We will package these and ship them to you in your chosen sizes.
You have the option to use our photos, titles, descriptions, specs or utilize the samples you've purchased to take in-house photos and use them for live sales.
When you receive an order you have two choices for order fulfillment:
1.) Purchase a manual order, as often as you like, on our site of all of the sku's you sold. We will ship these orders out immediately.
2.) Sync to our Shopify store and we will ship them to your customers inclusive with your boutique name as the sender.
Common concerns and questions from established stores
1.) I don't want to share my customer data/information.
This is totally understandable and is why you have the option to make manual orders on Bloom, receive the merchandise and then
fulfill your orders in-house.
2.) I wouldn't make enough profit at these wholesale prices and I would need to raise prices on my customers.
On the contrary, you can maintain your prices and even lower them by eliminating the risk and expenditure of purchasing stock and
even potentially downsizing you're warehouse and staff.
3.) Bloom doesn't have enough inventory
Bloom is fairly new and only works with a couple dozen enterprise boutiques. In the event our vendors grow or
we add more companies we can easily scale at a moments notice to meet the additional demand.
4.) I need quality brands and don't want things coming from China
Bloom is located in Los Angeles and purchases from the very same vendors that the top boutiques in the country work with.
All of our brands will likely be recognizable by both you and your customers.
One of the biggest concentrations our team focuses on is inventory and insuring we have enough stock to fulfill all of
vendors orders. To solve these inventory solutions we've implemented a 2 week presale window, thus allowing us time to understand
what the hot items are and what needs to be restocked.
5.) My customers won't tolerate shipping delays
From its inception Bloom has kept to its promise to ship out orders within 24 hours. That means if you choose
to sync to our store and utilize our order fulfillment tools there will be no delays.
If however you decide to make manual orders, we will still ship these out within 24 hours, but this added time
of delivery will have to be added a top your in-house delivery time.
6.) I don't want my customers seeing the prices
We lock our store to the public and only approved and accepted members have access to our line of products.
7.) How do I deal with damages and customer returns
We will always replace any damaged item and in the event we do not have a back up, we will refund.
Your customer return policy is up to you and in the event you provide your customers the ability to send back items for a refund,
you would have them shipped to your warehouse.
8.) Why don't I just open pack purchase from manufacturers directly
The brands that we carry do not sell open pack.
Brands that do sell open back usually have two issues:
* They don't open pack sell the top sellers (Ie. the stuff you need)
* Do not timely ship nor have the quality controls like a business whose sole focus is drop shipping.
9.) How does Bloom make a profit?
Bloom adds a $3 - $5 margin on top of the price of the purchased wholesale styles.
