Damaged or Wrong Item: On rare occasions, a damaged or wrong item is received by a customer. In such a case, email customer service at email@example.com 30 days of the order date and provide pictures of the damage or wrong item received. We will ship a replacement free of charge if notified within the 30-day required window.
Size Exchanges.If a customer requests a size change, please enter a new order for the requested size and email customer service within 30 days of the order date for a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issue. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the exchange and provide the order and style number being exchanged.
Bloom does not accept returns.It is up to each boutique owner to decide their return policy.In the event you allow returns, the item must be returned to your boutique and be re-sold. Bloom Dropship does not accept returns.
